How to troubleshoot failures with keyboard shortcuts on the iPhone with Jailbreak

Many users of iPhone , iPad or iPod Touch find that their terminals are very limited and therefore apply the jailbreak . It's no secret that Apple exercises strict control over its mobile platform, such files can not be synchronized if you do not use iTunes, play some video or audio formats, or change the look of the system beyond the wallpaper. Thanks to Jailbreak these restrictions are removed in order to change all these aspects of the system. Cydia app store is the alternative that is installed when you apply the Jailbreak, here are a variety of tools that can help you customize the appearance and operation of the terminal and is iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. The Jailbreak is a legal process and you do not usually give serious problems, however there are cases that can affect the performance of some system features. Currently there are many users who are experiencing glitches with the system keyboard shortcuts after applying the jailbreak, but there are some tricks to fix.

The keyboard shortcuts are very practical iPhone to save time when writing. For example we can set a shortcut to typing "pq" terminal automatically detects the abbreviation and change the word "because". With this system we can write faster if we set shortcuts for some of our most used words. The mistake that some users are experiencing is not detected shortcuts to write, but for now there is no clear cause. It could be caused by some application specific Jailbreak or just some incompatibility with the Jailbreak. The blog team RedmondPie has researched and managed to fix the bug in a few simple steps.

We head to the Settings menu and enter the iCloud section, here is a series of entries that can be turned on or off, go to that says "Documents and Data" and disable. Held terminal upgrade process, we ends and remove all shortcuts from Settings - General - Keyboard. Once we complete this last step to become iCloud menu and activate again the "Documents and Data", the keyboard shortcuts should be re-installed and working properly.

If this does not work in RedmondPie offer a simpler alternative. We go to the Settings menu and enter General - Keyboard - Keyboards. Within this option are the various keyboards assets, we entered the default selected language and changed it without leaving we put the original language and leave the menu . The next thing is to go to any application that allows us to write, for example Notes, to test whether shortcuts work again. For now the hackers involved in the jailbreak have not commented anything about the error of the keyboard shortcuts, you may in the coming days offer a solution.
